Vendor Responsibilities
Each vendor using ToolZilla Pro is solely responsible for the products they upload, list, sell, or distribute through the platform.
Vendors are fully responsible for:
Malware, Viruses, and Illegal Content Policy
If any vendor product contains malware, viruses, trojans, spyware, hacking tools, illegal scripts, backdoors, or any harmful or unlawful code, the vendor alone will be fully responsible.
ToolZilla Pro will not be liable for any damage, data loss, hacking incident, system failure, or legal issue caused by vendor products. Vendors agree to protect and indemnify ToolZilla Pro against any claims arising from such issues.
Use Products at Your Own Risk
All digital products on ToolZilla Pro are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Users download, install, and use products entirely at their own risk.
ToolZilla Pro does not guarantee product performance, compatibility, security, or results.
Payments and Vendor Payouts
All payments made on ToolZilla Pro are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ToolZilla Pro does not store sensitive financial information such as card or bank details.
When a vendor sells a product through ToolZilla Pro, the payment is first received by the platform. Vendor payouts are processed only after a minimum holding period of 48 hours.
This holding period allows payment verification, fraud prevention, and dispute checks. ToolZilla Pro reserves the right to delay, adjust, or withhold payouts in cases of disputes, policy violations, or legal requirements.
Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks
Refunds are subject to vendor policies and platform rules. ToolZilla Pro may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.
In case of chargebacks or fraud claims, vendor payouts may be paused, and payment gateway decisions will be final.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the platform lawfully, respect vendor intellectual property, and maintain account security. ToolZilla Pro is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence or misuse.
